If you are up for an outdoor adventure, drive up to Assateague Island National Seashore to visit its over 300 wild ponies roaming free.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath town home sleeps 8-10 guests. Your stay includes a master bedroom, a second bedroom with a full-sized bed, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The town home has a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. The living room offers a cozy fireplace (for the use of starter fire logs) and a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding doors open to a furnished deck with a lovely view. Free Wi-Fi, television, linens/towels, and in-unit washer/dryer are included!

Golf view Townhouses with 3 Bedrooms (no den or loft - 5 units): This spacious townhouse with a maximum occupancy of eight (8) features a main level living space which includes a main level queen master suite, full kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room has queen sleeper sofa and exits through sliding glass doors onto a furnished deck with a view of the golf course. The second level includes two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Golf-side Units #1 and # 27 — 2nd level has one queen bedroom + One Bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Golf-side Unit #7, #19 & #32 2nd level has two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds (Total of 4 twin beds)

Townhouses with 3 Bedrooms and a Den (11 golf view, 1 canal view): This spacious townhouse requires the use of stairs featuring the common living area and master bedroom on the 2nd Floor. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and exits through sliding glass doors onto a furnished deck with a view of either the canal or the golf course. Also on the 2nd level is a full kitchen and dining room in addition to a queen master bedroom and bathroom. The 1st level of this home includes a den with a queen sleeper sofa plus two bedrooms and one bathroom. This spacious townhouse accommodates a maximum of ten (10).

Canal View Unit #47 — has one queen bedroom + one bedroom with 2 twin beds + queen master

Golf-side Units #2, #31, #35, #37, #41 — all have one queen bedroom + one bedroom with 2 twin beds + queen master

Golf-side Units #4, #10, #12, #14, #18 & #28 have 4 twin beds (the two 1st level rooms each have 2 twin beds) + queen master

Townhouse with 3 Bedrooms and a loft (3 level home): This spacious townhouse is a total of three (3) levels and requires the use of stairs featuring the common living area and the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and exits through sliding glass doors onto a furnished deck with a lovely view of either the golf course or the canal. Also on the 2nd level is a full kitchen and dining room, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The 1st level of this home includes a queen master bedroom and private bathroom. The 3rd level loft overlooks the living room and includes either a queen sized sleeper sofa or a futon bed. This spacious townhouse accommodates a maximum of ten (10).

Canal View Units #48 & #54 have 1 queen master + 1 queen bedroom + 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds + loft sleeper sofa

Canal View Unit #50 — includes one queen master + 2 rooms with 2 twin beds (4 twins) and 1 loft futon.

Golf-side View Unit #5 — has 1 queen master + 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds (Total of 4 twins) + 1 loft sleeper sofa

Golf-side Unit #36 has 1 queen master + 1 queen bedroom + 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds + 1 loft sleeper sofa

Golf-side Units #21, #25 and #29 include one queen master + 2 rooms with 2 twin beds (4 twins) and 1 loft futon

*Some units require the use of stairs to access the main living area on the second floor if not a first floor primary.


Pets are allowed at a portion of our units for a $150.00 non-refundable fee.

Service Animal Pets are Allowed under the Pet Policy/Service Animal Policy/Comfort Animals Policy.


During the Summer Season

We offer the wonderful experience of visiting many pools within the area around Ocean Pines. The one (1) Ocean City Beach Club Parking Permit & four (4) Swim Pool Passes are provided upon check-in at the Borderlinks Office during check-in time. If you arrive during late check-in hours, you must pick up your passes on the following Saturday 9:00AM - 12:00PM or Weekday 9:00AM - 5:00PM. Along with your passes, you will also be given a guide to navigate all of the pools offered to you.

During the summer you'll have access to the Ocean Pines/Ocean City Community's 5 given pools including the Ocean Beach Club Pool located on 49th St in Ocean City, Maryland! Additional pool passes are available for purchasing at each Pool Location for a small fee per day: (Adults 18 and up: $8 | Youth (5-17): $6). In the event that there would be an overflow of pool passes during your week of vacationing, passes may be available upon call and in-person request. If you do require additional passes, there is a fee for additional guests.

Upon check-in we allow the opportunity to reserve two (2) bicycles for the unit you’ve checked into, free of charge! If you request bikes ahead of your check-in time, this will allow the maintenance crew to drop off your bicycles at your unit before arriving. If any requests for bikes are made later than 4:30PM on Friday (day of check-in), you will receive your bikes the following business day (Saturday 9AM-12PM during the summer). We do ask that you please take care of the bicycles and bring them onto the porch during the night close to the building to ensure the integrity of them.

Please note AirBnB does not bill Maryland tax. A 10.5% tax will be added after booking.
